Grilled Pork Chops
Pork chops are the most popular cut from the pork loin, which is the strip of meat that runs from the pig's hip to shoulder. They’re sure to please the whole family when grilled up on a warm summer day.
Ingredients
4 bone in pork chops
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Heat the grill to high heat, about 500 degrees. Rub both sides of the chops with olive oil. Combine the paprika, salt and pepper and sprinkle on each side. Grill the chops by searing each side for 2 minutes and then placing them on the upper rack with indirect heat. Lower the heat to medium and cook with the lid closed for about 15 minutes. The internal temperature should be 145 degrees. Let the chops rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
